Tool Kit Rental Items:

 

Under the tool kit rental tab, you are able to reserve display items/ event signage to make your event a success. Please follow the instructions below to place an order today:

 

  1. Select the item that you would like to reserve for your event.
  2. Confirm that the item you would like to rent is available.
    1. You will be able to see how many pieces are available to the right of the product image, under the product title.
  3. Fill out the required fields on the product page:
    1. First you will enter what event the display item will be used for.
    2. Next you will need to accept the terms by selecting the “I agree” boxes on the rental terms and conditions.
  4. After agreeing to the terms, you will be asked to select a date that you will need the items in hands.
    1. When reserving an item please select the day before your event as the “from” date and list your end date as the day after your event. 
    2. We will deliver by end of day on your start date. We advise that you plan in advance and reserve your items as soon as you are aware of a need.
  5. When you are ready to add the product to your cart, click the grey “RENT” button
  6. Now you may either add more items by repeating steps 1 – 5, or you can head to checkout. (See checkout instructions below for completing your order under “check out instructions)

 

 

Brand Give-A-Ways:

 

Under the Brand Give-A-Ways tab, you will find items that are currently in-stock at our Grand Rapids warehouse. If interested in these items, please contact Dan Gretzner – [email protected].

 

Buy Select Items:

 

Under the Buy Select Items tab, you will find an array of items that are available for purchase with the Consumers Energy logo. These items are produced when you place the order and are considered On-Demand. We strongly encourage teams to order in advance due to the production times. On-Demand products take 10-14 business days to produce. If you have a specific project request, please contact Hayden Keifer - [email protected].

 

Check Out Instructions:

 

  1. Once you have selected the items that you will need for your event, please click the black shopping bag at the top right of the screen and select “view and edit cart”.
  2. When in the cart please be sure to double check all information including the start date / end date of rental items. If everything looks correct, please select “Go To Checkout” box.
  3. Once in the checkout module please fill out your shipping address and confirm a shipping method.
  4. Under payment method, please enter your cost center number that you will be using to pay for your order. If your shipping and billing address are the same, proceed to step 6.
  5. If your cost center billing address and the shipping address are not the same, please unselect the “my billing and shipping address are the same” box and fill in your billing information. Once complete – click the “Update” button.
  6. The last step in the checkout process is reviewing the “Order Summary” and applying any “coupon codes” that you may have been provided.
    1. To add a coupon code, please select the “apply coupon code” dropdown and enter your code.
    2. After Entering your code – please select “apply discount”.
  7. Once complete with all fields of the checkout module, please select the “Place Order” button. If the order is successful, you will receive an email order confirmation, and the site will display an order summary.
